Hi, I'm Nina!
Dance Exercise Scientist
With a strong background in both dance performance and movement science, I am passionate about supporting young dancers in understanding and optimising their bodies for both performance and longevity.
I hold a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and an Advanced Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance), and I am currently pursuing a combined Bachelor and Master in Biomedical Science and Clinical Osteopathy. My unique blend of education and professional performance experience has given me valuable insight into the specific physical demands of dance and how science-backed strategies can enhance training outcomes and reduce injury risk.
I have a rich history in live ballet performances, portraying characters such as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Tinker Bell in Peter Pan, Alice in Alice in Wonderland, and Mona in Giselle.
