FAQ

What can I expect during a session?

Designed for dancers who want to move smarter, not just harder. This workshop targets the most common issues dancers face—like alignment imbalances, lack of strength in key areas, and movement inefficiencies. Through a blend of education, movement theory, and hands-on correction, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your body and learn how to apply effective, sustainable changes in your technique. Walk away feeling stronger, more aware, and better equipped to dance with confidence and longevity.

Do I need any equipment to join?

Little to none! Sessions are designed to be accessible. If equipment is helpful, alternatives will be suggested based on what you have at home. All experience levels are welcome.

Is there an age requirement for the session?

Yes—participants should be 12 years or older. The sessions are designed to be age-appropriate but still require a basic level of focus and body awareness, which is why we recommend them for teens and adults.

Please do discuss with me if a younger participant would like to join and some adjustments can be made.

How many people can attend the workshop?

Workshops are designed for larger groups, typically accommodating 10 to 30 participants. While the setting is more collective, the sessions are structured to address common challenges dancers face, with built-in opportunities for individual correction, movement exploration, and guided practice.

If you’re interested in a more personalised experience, feel free to speak to me about smaller group sessions.
